Void Inspections and Repairs

We offer assessments for void properties for the social housing and private rented sectors as well as for individual private landlords. We will carry out the obligatory Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) as required by Government legislation, provide a full assessment of repairs that need to be carried out to bring the property up to standard, carry out the necessary repairs once agreed and issue the required documentation as to re-let the property.

We are fully versed with 18th edition regulations (amendment 2) and have been testing properties since 2005, so rest assured, many years experience, fully insured, accreditied and indemnified
